CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY
15 Days before the time of check-in – 25 % of the total booking amount will be deducted.
Within 15 Days to 48hrs of check-in – 50 % of the total booking amount will be deducted.
No refund will be eligible in case guest does not arrive as per booking schedule.
All bookings during peak season periods including December 24th until 5th January across all our properties are non-amendable and non-refundable.
NB: After receiving the cancellation request, the balance amount after deducting the cancellation charges will be refunded via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
CHILD POLICY
No extra charge for occupants below 6 yrs sharing the existing bed with parents.
Extra charge for occupants above 6 yrs sharing the existing bed with parents.
Extra bed charges will be applicable for occupants above 6 yrs sharing with extra bed with parents.
